We have kaiseki manner classes (programs to enjoy the taste of kaiseki dishes and learn the manners) in which anyone can participate.
Please use the Japanese-style guest rooms of KAKIDEN for tea ceremony occasions or lessons. (Up to 40 persons)

Kaiseki Manner Class (from one person)

Participants: You can even participate alone.
(Minimum required number of participants: 5)
Date for class: Once a month, 2nd Saturday or Sunday
Time: 10:30 a.m./2:00 p.m./6:00 p.m.
(Time required: Approx. 2 hours)

¥10,000(w/tax: ¥10,800):
*One soup, three dishes, shiizakana (strongly flavored, rare or scarce delicacy), sake, Kuzukiri arrowroot sweet, with Maccha green powdered tea

■What to bring (common between the two classes above)

Kaishi paper handkerchief, folding fan, spare tabi socks, white socks for those in Western dress,
plastic bag for garbage and kaishi paper handkerchief

Please come no later than 15 minutes before entering the room.
